Friends & Family LTC app for iPhone and iPad

The Friends and Family app allows users to provide quick feedback on a range of community services based in Somerset by answering a simple question, “would you recommend this service to your friends and family?”.

The app has been developed to enable patients the opportunity to evaluate their experience across their whole care pathway and captures the feedback in real time, enabling service providers to analyse feedback quickly to see if any action is required.

The app has been produced to meet the requirements of NHS Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group.
